For the past year, there have growing indications that Al Qaeda is regrouping in Yemen... A video announcing the establishment of Al-Qaeda (there)...featured two Saudis previously released from the U.S. military detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Both assumed leadership positions in the newly formed organization.
